OUR STORE POLICIES

Thank you for shopping at Earth & Cotton!

 Since all of our products are custom made, no refunds will be given and all sales are final.  

We will either fix an item that may be defective or send a new one, however, you must contact us within 5 business days of receiving your item.

If your item is defective due to shipping damage, please contact USPS and take photos of all the damage.  They will be the ones to process any insurance claims on your purchase due to being damaged through the mail system.  If you would like a replacement, please reach out to us at shopearthandcotton@gmail.com

If the item description specifically stated that there were any defects, it is considered a final sale and no refunds, exchanges or repairs will be made.

If you drop, crack or break any portion of your item and request a fix, you will be charged a minimum of a $10.00 repair fee plus any applicable shipping costs.  If your item has been used in the dishwasher or microwave, and is defective due to this reason(we can usually tell why it's defective), you will have to pay for a replacement item as these are not fixable.  Do not put your items in the microwave or dishwasher for this reason.  Hand wash your items only.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange, or advise of the cost of replacement.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable! 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Please see, we can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Shipping:
All packages/products that are ready to ship are generally mailed out within 3 business days unless it is a custom item and specifies lead time.  We strive to get all packages out as quickly as possible.  Shipping times can vary during busier seasons

Add-Ons will NOT be offered, as it is too much to keep track of.  Please make sure you order all items at one time.

First Class packages have NO insurance, and will NOT be replaced if damaged/lost/stolen

Priority packages are insured through USPS, if there is any damage to your order please take multiple pictures of the packaging and email them to us at shopearthandcotton@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order

Double check shipping addresses, we will NOT be responsible for any packages sent to an incorrectly supplied address

Emails with tracking numbers are sent automatically when orders are fulfilled, please check your spam folders to be sure you are accepting our e-mails.

The information collected on this site is voluntarily given by setting up an account or submitting an order.  We will use this information to fill and ship your order and to respond to messages.  We many contact you via email to inform you of promotions and/or discounts, specials, new products or services, or changes to this policy.
